THE PARTY TO THIS AGREEMENT IS BETWEEN

THE STUDENT AND THE TUTOR

FEES PAYABLE TO THE TUTOR

Fees shall be fixed at RM55 per hour.
According to the agreement, the duration of the class will be 4 hours a month.
Hence, the total monthly fee is RM220.

PAYMENT
The fees shall be paid early of each month.
For example, if classes commence in November, then the fees shall be paid
on (1st November).

Grace period of 2 days is given for student who are unable to make the
payment on the 1st of every month.

SCHEDULE OF LESSONS
Lessons are scheduled based on the discussion between the student and the
tutor. If there are any changes made in the future pertaining to the timing of
the lesson, that shall be the final agreement.
LATE ARRIVAL AND CHANGE OF SCHEDULE
Fees are calculated according to the scheduled time agreed upon by the tutor
and student.
No adjustment to fees shall be made for time due to late arrival by the student
or by early termination of session by the student.

Any lost time due to the late arrival of the tutor shall be compensated by
extending the lesson by mutual agreement and by the amount of time that
was lost.

Class cancellation shall be informed one day prior to the actual class. Failure
to do so, classes will not be replaced.

TERMINATION

This agreement holds a six (6) months contract.

This is solely for the benefit of the student and the tutor to achieve the goals
set by the student.
Failure to complete the 6 months duration of the lessons, there will be a
penalty imposed on the student.
A payment of 2 months class fees shall be paid to the tutor as a penalty.

For example, if your fee is RM200, then, the penalty imposed is RM400.
