Respected Madam,

With due respect and humble submission I Sri G Subash (TGT SC.)Teacher, Govt.
(SSD)Girls High School N.Jhalarsing under Nuagada Block of Gajapati District .
Since that my first appointment i.e. from 2010, I have been working in this hill and
remote area successfully. Now it is too difficult on my path to look after old father whose
Health condition is very critical. He had a Brain Stroke before and now he has a 3 rd time Brain
Stroke with High blood pressure. So I have to serve him. Since I have no one else, I am the only
one son in the house .Since 14 years which my family lives far away. I am to take care of him all
care and treatment regularly. In this situation I have taken leave in April 2024 for one month .So
let me give the opportunity to serve him and take care my old and sick father. In this
connection I pray you Madam, Transfer me any of the following school to work as convenient to
me.

1- Govt. (SSD) Girls High School, Laxmipur

2- Govt. (SSD) High School, Koipur

Therefore I pray you to consider my application for transfer at any one of the school as
mentioned above. Which act of your we shall be ever grateful to you and obliged you.
