1. Every Consumer who purchased only from lg.com/in during 24th May - 11th June is eligible to participate in the Lucky Draw
2. Every day 2 Lucky Winners can win LG Products In Lucky Draw, consumers can win LG products like TV, Refrigerator, WM, AC, MWO, WPR etc. Refer attached sheet below
3. Consumer who have bought LG Products from lg.com/in during the promotion period will be automatically eligible to participate in the Lucky Draw
4. Winner will be declared basis randomized Lucky Draw on D+1 day and Winner detail will be updated on website everyday in the evening.
5. Customer have to bear applicable Gift tax on the product won in Lucky Draw as per prevailing Government norms.
6. TDS has to be paid by customer within 15 days of Winner Intimation otherwise the gift stands forfeited.
7. Winner will be intimated via email from serviceindia@lge.com and / or SMS.

9. Once consumer had received purchased product & he/she had made applicable TDS payment to LG, the Lucky Draw product will be delivered to the customer in next 30 days.
10. If a consumer cancels the product after purchase and emerges as a Lucky Winner during randomized draw, then his/her candidature stands cancelled.
11. The gift announced during Lucky Draw is final and will not be changed with any other product or redeemed in lieu of cash.
