2. DESCRIPTION OF ACTIVITY:
2.1. The activity includes Mixing and compaction of RoadstaB layer with approved material from borrow
area satisfying the requirements of RoadstaB-Q manual as indicated in the soil test report
submitted to Oriental Structure Engineers.

4. CONSTRUCTION METHOD:

Testing:
For every 1000 cubic meter RoadstaB layer,
3 testing samples shall be transported for
UCS mould compaction from the ready mix.

TasK-12 shall be taken out and left open in shade at
room temperature for another 21 days.
These cured moulds are ready for counter
testing and shall be handed over to
authority engineer for assessment
a) Caution Boards shall be placed at the beginning and end of working site and also at risky
locations.
b) Barricading tape will be placed at risky locations, turning etc.
c) Signal man will be placed at heavy traffic locations at the time of Execution.
d) Reflective sign boards will be placed during night near risky locations.
e) Regular sprinkling of water shall be done to minimize dust emission.
f) All necessary measures shall be taken to maintain all plants and silencing equipment’s in good
conditions so as to maintain air and noise emission during the operation.
g) All necessary measures shall be taken to control the disposal of all forms of waste generated by
the construction operations and in all associated activities.
h) All necessary measures and precautions shall be taken to avoid any nuisance or disturbance
arising from the execution of the work.
a) The manpower & machinery proposed is indicative only. The requisite qty. of resources may
vary based upon site condition.
b) Any modification in execution of activity shall be done with prior information with consultant.
