Dear Sir,

Under the instruction from and on behalf of my client Sri Uttam

Tamang, son of Late Amar Tamang, resident of Ho-Chi-Min Nagar, Upper
Bagdogra, P.O-Bagdogra, P.S-Naxalbari, Dist-Darjeeling , Pin No-734014,I give
you these notice to the following effect:-

1.That my client have enter into an agreement with you to sell

dated:__/__/____.with respect to all our rights, title, interest in the
measuring land area 67.65 Decimals or 41 Kathas recoreded in
L.R.Khatian no.25 corresponding to L.R.Plot No-31 part (25 Decimals),
L.R.Plot No-38(36 Decimals),L.R.Plot No-39 part( 6.5 Decimals), situated
within Mouza-Mahismari, sheet no-1, J.L.NO-47, situated within
Champasari Gram Panchayat, within the Jurisdiction of A.D.S.R.Office
Siliguri at Bagdogra,P.S-Pradhan Nagar, Dist-Darjeeling.
2. That according to my client said that you tried to cheating and
dishonestly inducing delivery of property thus you are liable to pay the
amount R.S-1,00,000.00/-(One Lakh) which you taken trough
agreement.

3. That’s my client requested you several times through telephonic

message and by sending a personal message to your addressed of the
said outstanding payment , but you have always been delaying the same
one pretext of the other and so far have not paid even a single paisa of
the said disputed amount.

4. I, therefore , through this notice finally call upon you to pay to my

client R.s-1,00,000.00/-(One Lakhs) along with future interest @ 5%p.a.
from the date of noticed till actual realization of the said amount either
in cash or cheque wich ever mode suits you better within a clear 7 days
from the date of receipt of this notice .

5. That in case of failure to make the said payment leads to further

necessary action under I.P.C section 420.
