Requirements for Holders of Diplomatic Passport was
signed in Pretoria on the 12th day of January 2020;

ይህንኑ ስምምነት የኢትዮጵያ ፌዯራላዊ WHEREAS, the House of People's

ዱሞክራሲያዊ ሪፐብሊክ የሕዝብ ተወካዮች ምክር ቤት Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of
Ethiopia has ratified the said agreement at its session
ጥር ፳፭ ቀን ፪ሺ፲፫ ዓ.ም ባካሄዯው ፱ኛ መዯበኛ ስብሰባ
held at 9th regular meeting on 2nd day of February 2021;

NOW,THEREFORE,in accordance with

Article 55 sub-Articles (1) and (12) of the Constitution
መንግስት አንቀጽ ፶፭ ንዑስ አንቀጽ (፩) እና (፲፪)
of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is

This Proclamation may be cited as the

በኢትዮጵያ ፌዯራላዊ ዱሞክራሲያዊ ሪፐብሊክ እና The Agreement between the Government of

በዯቡብ አፍሪካ መንግሥታት መካከ ል ጥር ፫ ቀን
and the Government of the Republic of South

ሇያዙ ሰዎች ቪዛን ሇማስቀረት በፕሪቶሪያ፣ ዯቡብ
Requirements for Holders of Diplomatic or
አፍሪካ የተፈረመው ስምምነት ጸዴቋል:: Service Passport signed in Pretoria, the
Republic of South Africa 12th January, 2020 is
hereby ratified.
፫ . አስፈፃሚ አካል 3. Implementing Organ
የኢትዮጵያ ፌዯራላዊ ዱሞክራሲያዊ ሪፐብሊክ የው ጭ The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Federal
Democratic Republic of Ethiopia in
ጉዲይ ሚኒስቴር ከሚመሇከታቸው አካላት ጋር
collaboration with the relevant government
በመተባበር ይህንን ስምምነት የማስፈጸም ኃላፊነት
organs is hereby empowered to implement this
በዚህ አዋጅ ተሰጥቶታል::

፬. አዋጁ የሚፀናበት ጊዜ 4. Effective Date

ይህ አዋጅ በምክር ቤቱ ከጸዯቀበት ከጥር ፳፭ ቀን This Proclamation shall come into force on its
adoption by the House on 2nd day of February
፪ሺ፲፫ ዓ.ም ጀምሮ የጸና ይሆናል፡፡
