FIRST QUARTER 2024

Manhean Polyclinic wellness clinic has six dimensions: emotional, occupational, physical,
social, intellectual and spiritual support to patients and clients. We are able to achieve this by
educating and counselling our clients on taking good sleep, eat well balance diet, stress
management, daily exercise, being social with positive minds and also find and practice new
hobbies.

Wellness clinic has record 96 clients over the first quarter. Most of our HPT and DM cases
are all on medication and responding to treatment. Newly diagnosed clients were referred to
see Medical Officer for further management. Education was done to create awareness and
risk of poor health conditions.
At the end of this quarter, most of our GIZ clients have being coming for regular check-ups
and for medication refill, others come on daily bases to check and know how well they are
responding to treatments. The clinic sometimes offer help to patient in terms of first aid
managements before seeing the doctor. By this we are able to promote good health and
alleviate pain. Hoping to do more and better in the coming months.

CHALLENGES
During the first quarter it was documented that a lot of social vices (rape, defilement)
reported to the facility (Wellness clinic).
Clients with high BP do not get access to start dose at the table because of the LHIMS
