A new generation technology of lithium-ion-based,
waterborne concrete surface sealing hardener can
effectively penetrate into the concrete by 3-5 mm and
produces a series of complex chemical reactions with the
free calcium and magnesium ions in concrete to form a
three-dimensional network structure and solidify the
various components into a firm, dust-free, dense, solid
entity. The capillary pores of concrete could be effectively
sealed, which permanently avoids the precipitation of
concrete dust from the surface.

Preparation of the substrate The consumption rates mentioned above are theoretical values only.

Application substrate must be sound, mainly smooth and

clean. The application surface must be clear of materials
which prevent bonding, such as oil, rust, paint, silicone,
curing agents, detergents and paraffin wax etc. All dust,
loose and friable material or substances must be
completely removed from all surfaces before application
of the product. Weak concrete must be removed and
surface defects such as voids must be fully exposed.
Repairs to the substrate, filling of blowholes/voids and
surface levelling must be carried out using appropriate
products.

The concrete surface should be allowed to cure for 28

days prior to application.

Clean the substrate thoroughly with clean water, then the

application of PAVITOP 100 could be started after the
substrate is 80% dry.

PACKAGING Wash hands thoroughly after handling. Wear protective

PAVITOP 100 is supplied in 20 kg, 40 kg and 1,000 kg.
CLEANING
Tools can be cleaned using plenty of water before it
begins to set. Dried material can only be removed

SHELF LIFE / STORAGE
When stored in its original packaging, in a dry, covered
area, at a temperature between +10°C and +35°C, the
shelf life of PAVITOP 100 is 12 months.

Do not add cement, aggregates, thinner or water to

PAVITOP 100.
Do not use heating equipment to accelerate drying.
It may be harmful with eye and skin contact.
Avoid breathing vapours.
Wear suitable protective clothes, gloves and eye
protection equipment.
Do not apply in freezing conditions or during
precipitation.
Protect applied materials from rain, freezing, foot
traffic and continuous high humidity until completely
dry.
Do not use when the air temperature is below +5°C
or above +35°C.
Maintain air circulation during application.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

Cause eye and skin irritation. If eye or skin contact, get

immediate medical attention. If swallowed, do not induce
vomiting. Call a physician or poison control centre. Never
give anything by mouth to an unconscious person.
