Job description
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven E-Commerce Manager & E-Platforms Sales
Specialist to lead our online sales strategies and manage relationships with e-commerce
platforms and partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce
management, digital marketing, and sales, with a focus on driving revenue growth through
various online channels.
Responsibilities:
Identify new opportunities and trends in the e-commerce landscape to stay competitive
and innovative.
Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to increase online sales,
enhance customer experience, and drive profitability.
Manage relationships with e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, and digital retailers to
drive sales and expand our online presence.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional opportunities with platform partners to
maximize sales and ROI.
Utilize SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and other digital channels to drive traffic,
conversions, and customer engagement.
Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, content updates, and other aspects of the
online store(s).
Monitor and analyze sales data, traffic metrics, and customer behavior to identify trends,
opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Generate regular reports and KPIs related to e-commerce sales performance, conversion
rates, customer acquisition, etc.
Utilize customer feedback, reviews, and insights to drive product and service
improvements.
