JURNAL REKSA - UNIVERSITAS AHMAD DAHLAN and PT Antilope Madju trading as Hyatt
Regency Yogyakarta, agree as follows: The Hotel agrees to hold the space listed in this
Agreement on a tentative basis until 3 August 2022. If this Agreement is not fully
executed by JURNAL REKSA - UNIVERSITAS AHMAD DAHLAN and Hotel by 3 August 2022,
the Hotel will release the space and the prices are subject to changes.

The Hotel is currently holding event space based on the above Program of Events dated.
This is a firm commitment by the JURNAL REKSA - UNIVERSITAS AHMAD DAHLAN and any
increase or decrease to that commitment may result in a modification of room rental by
the Hotel. All event space is assigned by the Hotel according to the number of persons
guaranteed to attend the JURNAL REKSA - UNIVERSITAS AHMAD DAHLAN event. The Hotel
reserves the right to reassign the space listed on the Program of Events to accommodate
both the JURNAL REKSA - UNIVERSITAS AHMAD DAHLAN and all other JURNAL REKSA -
UNIVERSITAS AHMAD DAHLAN ‘s using the Hotel's facilities during the JURNAL REKSA -
UNIVERSITAS AHMAD DAHLAN meeting. A failure to submit a finalized Program of Events
to the Hotel by 3 August 2022 may result in a release by the Hotel of the space being held
for the JURNAL REKSA - UNIVERSITAS AHMAD DAHLAN and/or a reassignment to space
more suitable for the finalized Program of Events once submitted. The JURNAL REKSA -
UNIVERSITAS AHMAD DAHLAN agrees to promptly notify the Hotel of any changes in its
event space requirements

1. EVENT MINIMUM
JURNAL REKSA - UNIVERSITAS AHMAD DAHLAN agrees to provide a minimum of 10
persons guarantee /day in banquet event revenue Should the JURNAL REKSA -
UNIVERSITAS AHMAD DAHLAN's private dining food and beverage revenue fall below this
amount, the JURNAL REKSA - UNIVERSITAS AHMAD DAHLAN will be responsible for the
difference between the minimum private dining food and beverage revenue and the
actualized food and beverage revenue multiplied by 40% (minimum food and beverage
revenue minus actualized food and beverage revenue multiplied by 40%), plus any
applicable taxes. This amount will be placed on the JURNAL REKSA - UNIVERSITAS AHMAD
DAHLAN's Master Account.

The Hotel and JURNAL REKSA - UNIVERSITAS AHMAD DAHLAN intend to liquidate damages
in the event the JURNAL REKSA - UNIVERSITAS AHMAD DAHLAN fails to meet the food and
beverage minimum set forth in this section. Therefore, the Hotel and JURNAL REKSA -
UNIVERSITAS AHMAD DAHLAN agree (a) that the above formula is a reasonable estimate of

the Hotel's damage in the event the minimum set forth in this section is not met and (b) that
the liquidated damages set forth in this section do not constitute a penalty.

2. HOTEL PREMISES
Hyatt Regency Yogyakarta reserves the right to approve all signage and decorations within its
event venues. Signs are not permitted on guest room levels, elevators, main lobby areas of the
hotel, or on the exterior of the buildings.

3. LOADING AND UNLOADING OF MATERIAL / EQUIPMENT

Please be advised hotel loading time at 23:00, all loading and unloading of any materials
and equipment for your event must be made at our loading / unloading area. At this time,
cleanliness and state of repair will be noted, and any cleaning or repairs needed will be
scheduled. This is for all area meeting group will be utilizing, e.g parking lot, driveways,
loading dock, foyers and actual area, etc. The Hotel reserves the right to refuse any loading
/ unloading of materials or equipment at any other premises and where need be, we may
need to request that your vehicle be moved to the loading / unloading area for the foresaid
purpose. The loading / unloading procedure should be completed with a Loading Letter
Permit from the Sales Department. Before the organizer leaves the loading area, the Hotel’s
Security Team will fill in the Vendor Check-List Loading Form.

4. ELECTRICAL
Any additional power should submit the information to the hotel 2 weeks prior. Should you
require a genset the charges would be IDR 1.500.000 nett / 30 Kva during event in order to
have stable electricity.

5. FIRE ALARM
Please ensure that whilst works are being carried out in the hotel premises, the Client or its
representatives should inform the Hotel in writing if smoke guns or any flammable
materials are used at any time. A charge of IDR. 15.000.000nett will be levied should the
Client or its appointed representatives use any materials which would trigger off the hotel's
fire alarm.

6. FIRE RETARDANT MATERIALS

All materials set up by production companies must be fire retardant. (Example: curtains or
fabrics used must be certified or treated with fire retardant chemicals.) The hotel reserves
the right to do sample testing on the materials brought in.

7. PUBLIC DISPLAY MEDIUMS

To preserve the relaxed and professional ambience of the hotel, public display medium such
as posters, event standees, banners, easel stands, flower boards etc. are not permitted in
any area of the hotel except designated area. Prior approval will need to be obtained from
the management of the hotel.

8. BANNERS & SIGNAGES

All banners are to be removed immediately upon completion of the event. If the hotel is
required to remove it, the above charge will be imposed. Signs or banners may not be
taped, stapled, nailed, or tacked to any hotel doors, walls, registration desks, etc.

9. SMOKING POLICY
Please note that under the laws of Republic Indonesia, smoking is strictly prohibited in any
enclosed areas. Guests are allowed to smoke in the hotel’s designated area.

10. SOUND LEVEL

The Hotel reserves the right to tune down the music volume as deemed necessary.

11. CONTENT OF FUNCTION

If the Hotel has reason to believe that an event or any part of it will affect the smooth operation of
the Hotel business, it’s security or reputation, the Client & Management reserves the right to
cancel/stop the function or any part of it at their discretion without notice or liability.

12. FOOD AND BEVERAGES

All private dining food and beverage arrangements must be made through the Hotel. Only
food and beverage purchased from Hyatt may be served on hotel property. The Hotel
reserves the right to cease service of alcoholic beverages if persons under the legally
mandated age limit are present at the event and attempt to receive service of alcoholic
beverages. Hotel further reserves the right to deny alcoholic beverage service to guests who
appear to be intoxicated.
A client shall not bring in their own food, ingredients or beverage into the hotel for
consumption at an event unless prior approval is provided by the Hotel and such consent not
to be unreasonably withheld. Additional charges may apply. In any case that a client brings in
their own food, ingredients or beverage to an event, the Hotel will not be liable for any adverse
effects caused by the food or beverage items brought into the hotel by the client.

ATTRITION AND DEPOSIT

All rates quoted in the agreement are in Indonesia Rupiah currency, based on the prevailing
official rate of exchange. All rates quoted are subject to adjustment without prior notice in
line with any changes in government policy which may affect the official rate of exchange
and or tax level

1. Billing Instructions

Master Account

It is understood that Ibu Olivi will responsible this event from JURNAL REKSA -
UNIVERSITAS AHMAD DAHLAN
Master Account expenses will be signed by Ibu Olivi from JURNAL REKSA - UNIVERSITAS
AHMAD DAHLAN. It is our current understanding that Master Account will only include:

 Event Charges on 3 August 2022 and all expenses occur during this event.

2. Schedule of Deposit Payment and Attrition

TERMS & CONDITIONS CANCELLATION

Either the Hotel or JURNAL REKSA - UNIVERSITAS AHMAD DAHLAN may cancel this
contract without cause upon written notice to the other party at any time prior to the event
and upon payment of an amount based on the following scale:

Cancellation Attrition Allowance

 50% of Total charges of events and room
4 Days Prior Arrival charges

 100% of Total charges of events and room

1 Day Prior Arrival charges

 100% of Total charges of events and room

No Show charges

Payment due as a result of this cancellation option shall be made by the canceling party to
the non-canceling party at the time this Agreement is canceled by written notice.

The Hotel and JURNAL REKSA - UNIVERSITAS AHMAD DAHLAN intend to liquidate damages
in the event that either party utilizes the cancellation option set forth in this Section.
Therefore, the Hotel and JURNAL REKSA - UNIVERSITAS AHMAD DAHLAN agree (a) that
the above formula is a reasonable estimate of the Hotel's damage in the event of
cancellation and (b) that the liquidated damages set forth in this Section do not constitute
a penalty.

These amounts shall constitute full settlement of any and all obligations arising out of the
non-performance of this agreement.

RIGHTS OF TERMINATION FOR CAUSE

Either Party may terminate this Contract without liability to the terminating party (except
for liability for goods and services provided prior to the termination date):

a. Upon written notice to the non-terminating Party, within three (3) days of an Act of
God, war, government regulation, terrorism, disaster, strikes, civil disorder,
curtailment of transportation facilities, or any other emergency of a comparable nature
beyond a Party’s control, making it impossible, illegal or which materially affects the
terminating Party's ability to perform its obligations under this Contract;

b. Upon written notice to the non-terminating Party, in the event that the non-
terminating party shall make a voluntary or involuntary assignment for the benefit of
creditors or enter into bankruptcy proceedings prior to the date of the JURNAL REKSA
- UNIVERSITAS AHMAD DAHLAN

Prior to the first day of the Program of Events, the JURNAL REKSA - UNIVERSITAS AHMAD
DAHLAN may terminate this Contract, without liability (except for liability for goods and
services provided prior to the termination date), upon seven (7) days written notice to the

Hotel, if the management company that operates the Hotel is no longer a direct or indirect
subsidiary of Global Hyatt Corporation.

In the event of termination by the Hotel under this Section, the Hotel shall refund all
deposits and/or prepayments made by the JURNAL REKSA - UNIVERSITAS AHMAD DAHLAN
within ten (10) days of the notice of termination.
CONFIRMATION
It is mutually understood that space has been tentatively reserved and will not be guaranteed
to JURNAL REKSA - UNIVERSITAS AHMAD DAHLAN until a signed copy of this Letter of
Agreement has been received by Hyatt Regency Yogyakarta. If a signed copy of the Letter of
Agreement is not received by 3 August 2022, the hotel reserves the right to release all the
accommodation and function space without prior notice.

Should the hotel receive a request for the space over the same period, we will notify you in
writing and extend 72 hours (3 working days) to respond in writing as to whether you would
like to confirm the booking. After which, the hotel reserves the right to release any space
held.

A clearly legible copy of this Agreement page may be signed by the parties and sent by
electronic transmission (facsimile or email transmission) to the specific designated recipient
and shall be acceptable to the Hotel to hold the space; provided, however, that if the Hotel
does not receive the Agreement executed by the JURNAL REKSA - UNIVERSITAS AHMAD
DAHLAN with the original signature without any further changes within seventy-two (72)
hours of the date shown on the electronic transmission signature page, the Hotel reserves
the right not to hold the space and otherwise to avoid any obligations under this
Agreement.

When signed by representatives of both parties, this Agreement, (which includes The Hotel
General Events Information sheet) constitutes a binding agreement between the JURNAL
REKSA - UNIVERSITAS AHMAD DAHLAN and the Hotel.
