Data Entry and Storage
In the past, transactional documents accepted by the branch office were forwarded to the back office. Manual tasks
such as data entry, verification and approval were performed by checking and circulating paper-based documents in
the back office. These paper-based documents were then transported to a warehouse.
By using Fujitsu’s image solution, financial business processes can be performed by viewing an image of the
document on a screen, without the need to circulate paper-based documents. These document images are stored on
a server.

Browse Documents
In the past, when original transactional documents were required, the branch office would call the warehouse to
order the documents needed. The originals would then be sent to the branch office via fax or courier.
By using Fujitsu’s image solution, documents can be searched for from a PC in a branch office and the image of the
target document can be viewed on the screen.

now and character recognition was failed. (Prior technology)
In this solution, by utilizing the color image (Patent pending technology) even if the character frame and
filled character is in contact, extraction of character part and character recognition will be possible. (New
technology)
