EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Chrissworld PLC herebywishes to offer its initial proposal for Logistic Services to
Kangara Holdings Pvt Limited (here – in after referred to as Kangara) to global supply
chain standards. Chrissworld PLC will bring in supply chain management expertise, in
par with international standards while meeting service excellence as a total logistic
service provider (3PL), having experience in servicing clients operating in various
industry verticals.

Chrisslogix/Chrissworld Ltd incorporated in October 2012 is a Company with a blend

FEATURES & SCOPE OF SERVICES CONSIDERED IN THE

PROPOSAL

Cargo Handling (Unloading and reloading) using manual labor.

General maintenance of space including pest, hygiene and fire. 24-hour security
service, safety, and related safety equipment.
Loading and unloading docks.
Periodic MIS reports as per agreed format and frequencies. Supervision of all
operations with experienced staffallocated
WMS will be accessible to client’s nominated aurthorized individuals.

ASSUMPTIONS AND TERMS OF OPERATIONS

Kangara to provide the Packing list / Transfer Note / Delivery Note or any other
document relating to goods inbound to Chrissworld Warehouse in advance or along with
import/local delivery trucks.

Cargo type to be Fertilizer.

Cargo storage is to be at normal room temperature and the stacking norm is to be on a

maximum of one pallet layer.

Specialized Fumigation, Re-packing, stickering, labeling, or any other value-added

services (other than what is specified in the commercials) are not considered but such
services can be provided based on a case-by-case basis on agreed charges. All
consumables should be supplied by the client

Standard operational hours are as stipulated unless the customer officially requests to
work extended hours upon agreeing to pay overtime.

Cargo will be issued only upon written request from the assigned client's official
representative of Kangara.

Cargo insurance is to be taken by Kangara as per general insurance policy guidelines

whereas Chrissworld PLC will only cover thefts, pilferages, and related risks during cargo
storage at its premises.

STANDARD WORKING HOURS

Weekdays: 8.30 am to 5.00 pm / Saturdays: 8.30 am to 12.30 pm / Sundays and Poya:
Closed

WAREHOUSE OVERTIME

Rs.1, 500/- per hour on normal working days (Monday to Saturday)

Rs.2, 000/- per hour on Sundays, Poya & Mercantile holidays for a minimum of 4
hours

TERMS & CONDITIONS – LOGISTICS SERVICES

A letter of acceptance or MOU – A memorandum of understanding will be signed by both

parties once commercials are agreed upon and before the commencement of operation.

Billing Period– Monthly and full and final payment before clearance of final stock. A
minimum period of contract of 1 year.

All commercials quoted above are subject to applicable taxes and tariffs. All quoted rates
are in Sri Lanka Rupees – LKR

Client to provide all details of product specifications such as storage conditions, special
handling requirements, product categorization and identifications codes,MSDS…etc.

The client should ensure that they will store only legally approved products and if any
products need special approvals, the client should take such approvals from relevant
authorities before commencement of storage.
