1. Click on Join Zoom Meeting Link given to your e-mail.

If the link does not work, you can join alternatively with Meeting ID and Passcode given to your e-mail.

3. Next, following screen will appear. Please wait for the host to allow you to join in.

4. After joining the meeting, Please “join with computer audio” if you use Laptop. For Desktop, insert
microphone and camera.

5. Just after joining, click on “Unmute” and “Start Video” button which you will find below left side of
your screen. It will help the host to hear and see you.

NOTE: Please use headphone and ensure good internet connection for smooth session
