ILLUSTRATOR AGREEMENT

This contract is an agreement between _________________________________ (the "Artist") and

___________________________ (the "Client") made on ____________for the Artist to provide creative work as
described below.

1. Work. The Client retains the Artist to create

2. Price and Delivery. The non-refundable flat-fee for the Work is [EXAMPLE: 3,000usd ]. Payment must be made in

manner specified by the Artist: [______________________________]. The Work is to be delivered no later than
[__________________], but the Client agrees that the date of delivery is subject to change depending on outside factors
including but not limited to printing or mail delivery dates.

3. Reproduction Rights. Upon receipt of full payment and delivery of the Work, the Artist grants to the Client the
following rights to the finished Work:

The Artist grants the Client a license to reproduce the Work provided that the following condition is met: Credit to the
Artist must accompany ALL reproductions of the Work. (Only where Author’s name is also credited)*. The Artist
retains the right to reproduce the Work including but not limited to in the Artist’s portfolio such as on websites that
display the Artist’s work.

4. Cancellation and Expiration. The fee for the Work is non-refundable. If the Client nonetheless does not want or
refuses to receive the Work, the Artist may decide whether or not to complete the Work and will exclusively retain all
rights to the Work.

5. Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of
