A. Important dates for Online Registration for B. Tech /B. Arch

Important Instructions
1. Registration is only open as per the below mentioned timelines – May 31, 2024 to June 23, 2024.
Registration will not be allowed any further before any round throughout the JAC Delhi
Admission Cycle. Applications received without prescribed registration fee of Rs.1500/- shall not
be considered.
2. Registration Fee is non - refundable.
3. Candidates are advised to fill maximum choices/preferences to get admitted during regular
rounds.
4. Seat conversion as per Section 3.2 of the Information Brochure may take place once the
registered claimants in the merit list for any seat in any category gets exhausted.
5. All certificates related to category/sub-category should be available with the candidates in the
correct prescribed format when he/she comes for document verification. No additional time will
be given to produce the correct certificate.
6. Seat Acceptance Fee payment in any round will start immediately after the result is published
and will be open only till 2:00 pm of the last day of the physical reporting for document
verification of that round. All candidates have to report as per the given schedule only after
payment of their seat acceptance fee.

B. IMPORTANT NOTE: Defence (for all participating University/Institute), Bonus Point for
IIIT-Delhi and KM.

All Registered Candidates claiming reservation under Defence (CW) sub-category and/or have
made claim for Bonus Point for IIIT-Delhi or reservation against KM seats are required to
appear before the Admission Committee, for verification of their various certificates as per
following schedule:

Note:
1) All the candidates reporting for above verification must bring the copy of their JEE (Main)-
2024 admit card & rank card along with other required documents as mentioned in Section
3.3 of the information brochure for CW and Annexure A for Bonus Point for IIIT-D.
2) Defence Category (CW) candidates falling in Priority VI, VII, VIII and IX are not required
to report at DTU. They are required to report only at the time of admission along with “all
requisite documents complete in all respects for claiming reservation under Defence sub-
category” as per the Counselling Schedule at the respective Institute/ University.
3) It is mandatory for the candidates, belonging to above mentioned sub-categories, to get
the documents verified in order to avail the benefits of the claimed subcategories and bonus
points.

2. Candidate will get refund in case he/she withdraws on or before July 19th,
10:30 PM through his/her JAC login only.
3. Withdrawal request through application and/or E-mail will not be considered
in any circumstance.
4. No refund of Seat Acceptance Fee shall be made in case a candidate
withdraws after 10:30 PM, July 19th, 2024.

 Note: General Guidelines for candidates
1. Those candidates who have verified their documents and received the provisional letter
need not to report to any participating university/institute for further document
verification in subsequent rounds.
2. A candidate, who has already been admitted and gets upgraded in next round of
counselling, is not required to report at the upgraded University/Institute
3. There may be no fresh registrations before Spot Round so those candidates who are
interested to participate in JAC2024 should register as per schedule
