Introduction
M-Trinity Care Program is a key customer care program launched by Mindray since 2020. This document provides service
engineer a standardized procedure to visit end users, it aims to align the customer visiting process and output in order to
improve customer satisfaction. All these activities described in this document can be performed based on local situations.

Recommended customer visiting process should involve following steps:


1. Ultrasound machines statistic: check all of Mindray ultrasound machines in the hospital.
2. Equipment maintenance: provide maintenance service to targeted ultrasound machine, to maintain the performance
of ultrasound equipment.
3. Customer training: if need, provide fundamental training to customer staff.
4. Take photos (if allowed): take some photos as a record
