❖ Tripura is the first rail link between Bangladesh


~ PM Modi and Sheikh Hasina virtually launched 3 projects to enhance relations between
India and Bangladesh.
~ It has a major rail link connecting Nischantpur in Tripura with Gangasagar in Bangladesh.
It is noteworthy that this is the first railway line connecting Bangladesh with Asian states.

❖ Sri Lankan Parliament approves dissolution of Cricket Board
