Subject: PEC ProvisionalAdmissionPolicy for Fall-2021 during COVID-19 Pandemic

Dear Sir/ Madam,

The PEC Engineering Accreditation Board (EAB) in its 10151 meeting held on Saturday, June
19, 2021 has decided the following policy guidelines on the subject matter:

Provisional Admission Policy for Fall-2021

Provisional admissions based on entry test (preferably centralized where available

like ECAT, ETEA), while adhering PEC Regulations for Engineering Education.

Considering high merit score for provisional admissions.

HEls may assign some weightage to Matric/ O-Level results and science subjects
(Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics).
Undertaking from the student and parents that admission shall stand cancelled if
unable to score 60% marks in F.Sc/ A-Levels, as per PEC policy.
