While holding down the lift switch, press the control

appropriate position.
Adjust the horizontal position of the control panel

Press and hold the turn switch while moving the
control panel handle left to right to adjust the control
panel in the left and right directions. When adjusted to
the appropriate position, release the turn switch.

the USB port at the bottom of the keyboard in the red box, and press the Reset button

Phenomenon Analysis and Checking Steps
1. Check the main power condition to confirm it is stable in the range of 110V/220V±10%，
otherwise contact the technician to manage.
2. Check UPS working status also can connect machine to main power directly to eliminate
UPS failure.

1. Understand the time period of interference, whether it is necessary or accidental;
2. Confirm which probes have interference and which modes (two-dimensional, blood flow and other
modes);
3. Observe the surrounding environment of the machine and whether there are large equipment or
signal transmitting tower nearby. You can try to move the machine to another place for testing;
4. Use a multimeter to measure whether the mains voltage and zero ground voltage are normal (mains
voltage 220V ± 10%, 0V ＜ zero ground voltage ≤ 2V);

voltage regulator or workstation, disconnect the power supply, and eliminate the interference sources

1. External interference can have weak and strong types, and corresponding measures shall be added
according to the strength
2. If there is strong interference, try to use the same power plug to supply power to peripheral workstation
equipment and ultrasonic host, or use high-quality ups

power filter box or magnetic ring under the power supply line according to the severity of interference
4. For the signal line between the peripheral working end class and the ultrasonic host (such as S-Video /

This PPT is designed to inform our customers about the external connections of the P20.
As we all know, doctors always like to connect some external equipment, such as external
monitors, printers, USB disks, foot switches, PACS systems, etc.
Now, we'll cover the connection process for these projects above.

For TV monitors, the TV signal is an analog signal; The port we can use is the S video port when we
want to connect to the TV via S video;
We need to do some setup on the P20, we need to prepare the S video cable, then follow below
settings:

Note that if the external monitor has an S-video port,

simply plug the cable into it; If the external display
does not have an S-video port, for example a Philips
display, the male connector must be inserted into the
CVBS port instead of the "L" or "R" port.

Copy the driver to an empty USB disk and change the name of the driver: deskjet;
 Turn on P20 and printer;

 Connect the printer to the USB port of the P20;
 Plug the USB disk with the driver into the USB port;

Select “Settings” and the“ Peripheral option”, “USB Printer” and“ Add Printer”;

 Select Save and Exit.

 Then when the installation is complete, you can print

the pictures and reports you want.

printer and machine through the remote control cable and S-video cable, as shown in the

• Part 1. Printer connection
Connecting the printer to the computer via a local area

network cable (or WIFI);
• Part 2. Install the printer driver
First, you can apply from our engineers for a package

like this,
Then install the printer driver on your computer, run

the printer driver installer, and select a location to
create a shortcut.

As you'll see from the prompts, you'll see this interface, and remember to select Create Desktop
Icons, as shown below:
After you install the printer driver, you'll find a new icon
On the desktop, click the icon to run the program.
The program runs in the background, so when you want to

print some pictures, your PC issues commands to its default
printer to print pictures as needed, and more information about
how to set the printer as the default printer for your PC is as
follows.

 Part 3: Connect the SonoScape color Doppler

to your computer.
Check the local static IP address on the PC,

which will be used during transmission.
You can then go to the ultrasound's system
setup interface and fill in the IP address, network
mask and default gateway. Make sure that the IP
address of the ultrasound belongs to the same
network segment as the PC; The network mask
and default gateway should be the same as your
PC.

After you complete these steps, you can click Ping

and wait a few seconds for the screen to display Ping
Success. If it does not appear, check the connection
between the machines and reset the settings.
Then click Save and Exit.
Press the print key on the machine, and if you do not
operate the computer, the printer agent will
automatically process the order and command the
default printer to print the picture.
Note: The default printer here is the printer on your
PC that has the first priority, not the default printer
for the ultrasound.
For example, we have a PC with a Windows 7 system
where we have a driver for an HP laser printer
installed and set the printer as the default printer
that you can use when you press the Print key on
your computer.

 Part 4: Print
After completing the above procedure, your printer

can print Freeze Images, Stored Images, and
Diagnostic Reports. Pressing the print key on the
machine and not operating the computer, the printer
agent may automatically process the order and
command the default printer to print.

Before you connect, you need to make sure that the DICOM feature is turned on.

• Here are the steps:
• Install ONIS on your PC;

• Connect the P20 to the DICOM server via a LAN
cable, or the P20 and DICOM server via WIFI;
• Once the connection is complete, we need to do
some setup on the DICOM server and P20.
Follow the two screenshots below to set up P20.

In the image above, note that the IP address of the

machine should be in the same IP segment as your PC,
and the network mask and default gateway should be
the same as your PC. After entering this information, you
can ping your PC's IP address and then wait a few
seconds, it will show "Ping successfully", then you can
click "Save and exit" and then need to make some
settings in ONIS;

 Select MPPS in the DICOM setup interface;
 Ask the hospital for the IP address, port number,
and AE title of the DICOM server.
 When you're done with all of these settings, click
Save and Exit.

with the DICOM server is successful, the message
"SUCCESS" is notified.

 Select To-Do List in the DICOM setup interface.

"SUCCESS" pops up, and you can process the data
to the server through DICOM.

Before you connecting your PC to an ultrasound, you need to prepare a LAN cable, and after you connect both
ends, you need to set up some settings in the ultrasound.
Follow these steps:

address to the same network segment as your PC, the

as your PC, and then select Save and Exit.

• It is recommended to clean the system once a month: After cutting off the power of the
machine, use a soft, lint-free towel (do not use a very damp cloth to prevent liquid from
dripping inside the color Doppler ultrasound) to clean the system cover, keyboard, display,
and touch screen.
• The parts that are more difficult to clean can be cleaned locally with medical alcohol. Do
not wipe the screen and touch screen with chemical liquids (including alcohol) to avoid
corrosion of the coating. The probe cup can be removed for cleaning, wiped dry and put
back
• In daily use, avoid the couplant dripping on the keyboard panel to prevent it from
penetrating into the internal circuit board and causing short circuits or insensitive key
functions. When accidentally dripping, wipe it off as soon as possible

It is recommended to clean the trackball once a month
The cleaning steps of the trackball are as follows:
• Turn off the device and press your finger on the convex mark of the
trackball fixing ring
• Rotate the retaining ring counterclockwise until it can be released from
the keyboard panel
• Take out the fixed ring and trackball ball
• Use a soft cloth dipped in medical alcohol to clean the stains on the
trackball ball and the fixing ring
• Use a cotton swab dipped in medical alcohol to clean the notch of the
trackball
• After cleaning, put the ball and fixing ring back into the notch of the
trackball, and rotate clockwise to fix

Make sure cleaning is done every three months
The cleaning steps of the air filter are as follows:
• Turn off color Doppler ultrasound

• Take out the air filter as shown below
• Use a small brush and running clean water to remove the dust on the air filter, and wash the
sponge with clean water
• After cleaning, make sure to air dry and reinstall the color Doppler ultrasound

• Check the surface lens, cables and etc. of the probe before use. If you find any damage, please
stop using it to avoid injury to the patient or the operator.
• Use couplant that meets national standards and does not contain oily and corrosive ingredients
• Clean the probe surface with a soft tissue after each patient examination
• Remember to Freeze the image during operation gaps and when not in use for a long time
The most economical and effective

way to extend the lifespan of the probe
Replace the probe when the power is disconnected or under Freeze condition
The probe is a precision instrument, so we should avoid dropping or hitting it; be careful not to scratch
the surface of the probe when using it, and try to avoid pulling or bending the probe cable tightly.

• The probe disinfection method is mainly glutaraldehyde and hydrogen peroxide soaking, and the biopsy guide
disinfection method is mainly high temperature, high pressure and glutaraldehyde disinfection and sterilization.
• Transesophageal TEE: high-level disinfection, 50 minutes for glutaraldehyde / 5 minutes for phthalaldehyde
• Intraoperative probe (uterine cavity probe/puncture probe/laparoscopic probe): sterilization, 10 hours for
glutaraldehyde / 40 minutes for plasma (please refer to the instructions for specific requirements)
• The cleaning, disinfection and maintenance of the probe must strictly follow the recommended methods in the
manual.
• Liquid is strictly forbidden to enter the matching box of the probe, and the immersion disinfectant liquid must
not exceed the junction line of the probe head
