OPERATION IN MANAGEMENT (CHAPTER 1-10)

I learned from chapter 1 and chapter 10, The tourism and


hospitality business is a fast-moving, dynamic industry
that needs to be managed well to be successful. In this
sector, operations management is essential since it entails
managing daily tasks and making sure that different
departments run well.

hospitality industry plays a crucial role in ensuring the
