1. What are the reasons/purposes why we should convert the listed data into a chart?
 To visually represent data, to simplify complex data, to engage the audience.
2. List the types of chart and “Explain” it by your own understanding.
 Bar Chart – it is used to compare individual categories.
 Line Chart – it is commonly used for showing trends over time or comparing multiple
datasets.
 Pie Chart – represents the proportion of different categories within a whole datasets.
Each category is represented by a slice of the pie, with the size of each slice proportional
to its value.
3. How the chart does works?
 Charts work by taking raw data and transforming into a visual format. They use axes,
scales, and categories to represents data points. Thia makes it easier to interpret and
analyze the data.
4. How it is important to know how to use the “Conditional Formatting” in your excel?
 Knowing how to use “Conditional Formatting” in Excel is important because it allows users to
automatically apply formatting rules based on specific criteria within their datasets. This
feature helps highlight important information, identify trends, and make analysis more
efficient
5. Give the three “Conditional formatting Presets” and tell the definition in your word based of
what you read?
 Data Bars – are graphical representations of data in spreadsheets for easy comparison.
 Color Scales – use different to visually represent various ranges or categories of continuous
data.
 Icon Sets – consists of small graphical symbols that convey specific meanings or ideas within
user interface and designs.
