As per site visit following points observed which needs to rectified, and quality of work need to

be improved because this beautification of work so Contractor should use skilled labor and

finishing needs to improve.

1. Connecting tanks to main pipeline for sprinkler & drip testing .

 PUMP need fixed for testing.
2. External UCR.
 Yellow paint on Jaali without primer coat.
3. Ticket counter
 Holes in Roofing sheet.
4. Gate.
 Exit side wicket Gate at lower level- need to Level properly.
5. Seating area - Rectification needs to be done this we already instructed at the time of execution
only instruction not followed that why the problem is arrived. .
 Size of band of different sizes.
 Finishing of paint at black granite
 Gap filling in kota & granite (black cement).
 UCR on LHS of main pathways.
 Damage granite piece to be replaced.

6. Cobblestone Pathway-Rectification needs to be done this we already instructed at the time of

execution only instruction not followed that why the problem is arrived.
 Cracked pieces to be replaced.
 Hairline cracks in cement slurry.
 Slurry not filled to the top.
 Slurry on top of cobblestone-Need to be clean.
7. Bund wall next to cobblestone.
 Maintaining of same height.
 Cracked Crush sand coping –Need to rework with sand and cement.
 Plaster to be done in river sand.
8. Toilet.
 Paint on flooring to be cleaned –Deep cleaning need to be done.
 Ladies side granite frame does not align with wall-Line level need to be done.
9. Bharat Tiles.
 Gap filling-As per pigment color provided by supplier the work was not happened.
 Polishing –Need to be done by special vendor not from local vendor please note that we had
mention many times.
10. Black granite.
 Circle slope to be maintained in landscape portion-Soil Levelling.
 Filling of gap with black cement.
 Cleaning of residual paint & primer on site.
 Landscaping grass for plantation in empty spots.
 Testing reports of cubes & other materials used on site.
11. Red Agra Granite
 Red Agra Granite Broken over UCR wall need to be replace.
12. Drip Irrigation & Plantation
 Drip Irrigation is not completely Executed.
 Plants is getting Dry and Dying due to incomplete water supply.
 Lawns at various Locations.
13. Paver Block Need to fix at start of gate and Concrete Road at Entry gate.
14. Name Board Of Garden Name Need to Be Supply and Fixing.
15. Broken Managlore Tile at OP Post.
16. Toilet Block Leakage Isuue.
17. Ticket Window Grill is Not As per directed at site.
18. Coble Stone pathway Cleaning with Pressure Jet Pipe as per directed.
