Toolpath generation for Lathe machine on mastercam:

Workpiece geometry and dimensions:

Choose rectangular wireframe and put in height and width measures.

Select offset and enter distances of the step and grooves from the origin . And then
enter diameteric values of circular cross sections.

Trim unwanted lines from the sketch.

Final sketch:
Select lathe machine.

The screen now looks like this.

For stock setup, go to properties in toolpaths and select tool settings.

Enter program number 1, feed calculation : from tool, toolpath configuration.

Go to stock setup , select left spindle and click on properties. Select Chuck jaw.

Select facing operation. Enter station number, feed rate, spindle speed, home position
and reference position.

Enter face parameters.

Select rough turning operation. Select partial chain . Fill in the required tool
parameters and roughing parameters.
This is the final toolpath.

Select finishing operation. Fill in toolpath and finish parameters.

This is what the workpiece finally looks like.
