Legal and Political Tenets of the Thirteenth Amendment of the United States Constitution

Legal and Political Tenets of Relation as follows:

(1) There shall be no act or condition of professional or imposed slavery or involuntary

service, whether sexual, clerical, agricultural, or otherwise and all punishments depriving
an individual of his or her freedom or which imposes imprisonment in inherently installing
restrictions on his or her right to choose his or her profession shall refrain from depriving
the person of ordinary standards of ethical treatment, those supporting or removing
customs toward proper correlation,
(2) There shall be no condition of slavery or cruelty in the United States or any other location
of its contracting or management where discretion is acquired or lawfully upheld in
deciding related matters,
(3) There shall be no person (or his or her representative) who shall be allowed to contract
into slavery or slave-like conditions no matter his or her physical built, knowledge,
cognitive ability, skillset, or such and no matter the condition of legal imposition, if any,
(4) All persons and entities shall promote only humane conditions, meaning ethical
conditions affirmed as such per competent procedure, in conditioning conventional
employment and professional contributions no matter the situation or matter being
addressed,
(5) All persons, meaning all individuals of the human species, meaning all individuals of all
races and ethnicities and both genders, including Sub-Saharan Africans (Negroids) and
indigenous Amerindians and women, shall be prohibited from imposing slavery or
slave-like conditions no matter their historical pain, disenfranchisement, petition, suit,
intellectual and professional pursuit, or other attribute or cause,
(6) All priorities of Government asserting that slavery did not disenfranchise any person or
people of the United States, an absurdity but a heard argument, shall refrain from
communicating or effecting slavery or slave like activity as lawful, constitutional, or a
 necessary imposition; free speech, outside privatized personal beliefs, is limited in
government,
(7) No individual or entity shall order, coerce, or allow the mistreatment of any person or
collective, including slavery and slave-like conditions, toward teaching or articulating to
any person or group any lesson, [whether] positive or not,
(8) There shall be no injury or ordinary (or customary) harm allowed within any professional
setting which is clear as inherent to the lawful and ethical condition, that which provides
no psychological harm clinically regressive to any individual or population, which shall
serve to promote or rebut the unconstitutional and unethical nature of slavery or
involuntary servitude (slave-like conditions) or cruelty in general, and
(9) There shall be no priority of Government or Civil Society (or any part of the general
public, segmented or the generality) which shall promote prostitution or other sex work
as fundamental to the American society or shall promote this practice or perceptible
culture as a declaration which communicates the ethical standard(s) of feminism as
activism for slavery, sex slavery or otherwise (or induces this belief amongst any
population segment, the individual or many).

(1) Shawn Dexter John, born in 1985 in the Commonwealth of Dominica, is literally Jesus
Christ, honestly God, and He shall return to Earth after two (2) days of discoursing with
his Father upon walking into literal Heaven in August 2024 or such, as a 6’8” to 6’9” half
Native American and half Black African man purporting to be born of Puerto Rico, an
American territory, and He will serve as the first World President (President and
Commissioner of the United Nations World Government) for two five (5) year terms
incepted in 2044 upon the correlating constitution of the World Government.
