It is your responsibility to check the regulations regarding these classes and also to ensure you complete all
the assessments tasks required on the dates stipulated by your teacher.
PLEASE NOTE: sometimes dates and/or times for assessment tasks need to be changed. It is your
responsibility to keep track of any changes. Your teacher can advise you on how to do this.

Tests: if you miss a test, you must present written justification within 48 hours. Each case will then be
considered individually.

Oral presentations: dates will be set in advance. It is your responsibility to make sure that you have set a
date with the teacher. If you miss the presentation, you must present written justification within 48 hours.
Each case will then be considered individually.

Some written tasks, including worksheets (‘mini-tests’) will be done in class time. If you cannot attend that
class, it is unlikely that you will have another chance to repeat the same task (‘fichas’ or ‘mini-tests’)
already done in class under test conditions.

All tasks to be done outside class will have a deadline. No assignment will be accepted after the deadline. It
is your responsibility to check all requirements and deadlines.

Students who do not have an assessed oral component in the Continuous Assessment will have an oral part in all
exams they take.
