USE OF THE MODAL VERB “CAN” IN CONTEXT.


Students will write a paragraph using the “MODAL VERB CAN” to describe their unique abilities.
This paragraph will have 10 sentences.

I do not have many skills, but one of the best is being able to write with both being right-handed.
I can write shorthand in Spanish and a little bit in English. I can type up to forty words in one
minute. I don't like to cook but I can cook typical food from my city.
In my moments I can make decorations with recycled material for my house. Also in my spare
time I like to do Sudoku and I can solve them in seven minutes in expert mode. Another thing
that I have done since I was nine is to be able to weave with different materials such as thread,
wool, and I can also embroider.
