BEER BATTERED FISH

INGREDIENTS PROCEDURE

2lbs Haddock or other fish Heat your deep fryer to 375° degrees.
(Cod or Halibut)
Dry the fish with paper towel, taking any
2 tsp sea salt excess moisture from the fish.
1 tsp coarse black pepper
Mix all the dry ingredients together and
1 cup All Purpose Flour add the egg.
1tbsp garlic powder
Pour the beer into the mixture slowly,
1 tbsp paprika
mixing continuously until the batter is
1 tsp dry dill combined and there are no lumps.
1/2 tsp sugar
Dredge the fish through the batter using
1 egg a fork, then slowly place each piece of fish
1 - 12oz beer into the hot oil.
(Try a local craft beer such
as Breton Brewing or Big Fry until golden brown then remove from
Spruce) oil, place on cooling rack.

Oil for deep fryer Enjoy!
