PROJECT PLAN IN TLE PORK ADOBO

Objective:

Adobo is really a kind of cooking method, originating in the Philippines. IT involves simmering meat
and even seafood in a mixture of vinegar, soy sauce, and garlic.

procedure:

STEP1 before cutting wash and soap your hands

STEP 2 cut onion and garlic into small pieces

STEP 3 slice the ginger and wash the pork

Step 4 i ready to cook and heat oil

Step 5 put the garlic and onion

Step 6 put the pork and mix and add water

Step 7 put the ginger

STEP 8 add 1 tbsp of soy sauce and vinegar add sugar

Step 9 and mix well and put the crushed pepper and laurel

Step 10 mix until it's okay
