Materials:
1. Coconut peat
2. Epoxy resin
3. Hardener for epoxy resin
4. Fibers (such as bamboo, and coconut husk fibers)
5. Mold or formwork
6. Release agent (to prevent sticking)
7. Mixing containers
8. Stirring sticks
9. Gloves

Procedure:
5. Combine Ingredients:
In a mixing container, combine the coconut peat, fibers, and epoxy resin
mixture. Stir well to ensure the fibers are evenly coated with resin and
distributed throughout the mixture.
6. Molding: Pour the mixture into the prepared mold or formwork. Use a
spatula or stirring stick to spread the mixture evenly and remove any air
bubbles. Ensure the thickness of the board is uniform.
7. Curing:
Allow the composite board to cure according to the curing time specified by
the epoxy resin manufacturer. This typically involves leaving it undisturbed at
room temperature for a certain period.
8. Demolding:
Once the composite has fully cured, carefully remove it from the mold or
formwork. If necessary, trim any excess material from the edges.
9. Post-processing: Sand the surface of the composite board to smooth out
any imperfections and achieve the desired finish.
10. Final Inspection: Inspect the composite board for any defects or
irregularities. Ensure it meets the desired specifications and quality standards.
