Responsible (CFR), where I am working on 2 new opportunities:
1) A new break-in opportunity in Bangladesh, covering scope
of:
a. RAN Swap
b. RAN New & Expansion
c. MW Swap
d. MW New
e. Routers
2) An unsolicited offer of 1000 sites swap and new for an
operator in Malaysia.
Working as part of Core-3, my primary responsibilities are to define
the services scoping & costing.

Responsible for the main deliverables for DNB 5G Project Rollout
which are:
1) Building the RAN 5G sites for DNB. This includes material
management & delivery, installations, integrations, MNO
onboarding and acceptance.
2) Managing almost 300 resources ranging from Project
Managers to Site Supervisors locally, and remote support
resources from India, China, Vietnam, Indonesia and
Philippines.
3) Managing around 200 teams of ASP (Approved Service
Partners).
4) Accountable for the financial of the project.

For 4 years, has been managing RAN rollout for Celcom of around
7800 sites (500 new builds, 7300 upgrades/expansions).
In 2019, lead the successfully executed Celcom RAN 5G Trial for
the Malaysia 5G Showcase. In the same year, lead a successful
execution on nationwide L26 retuning for Celcom at the end of
2019 with big time constraint due to compliance to MCMC
requirements.
Key contributor to Ericsson Malaysia, Bangladesh & Sri Lanka’s best
position in WCAP in 2020.
In 2021, step-up to take role as Program Manager for Celcom 3G
Sunset program with end-to-end accountability of the program.
Also responsible for a very complex project of 2G MOCN for MCMC
awarded sites of more than 700 sites.
