RE : Painting Completion and Handover for The Sky A-11-2

With reference to the above, we are writing to formally hand over the completed painting project at
The Sky A-11-2. It has been our pleasure to serve you, and we trust that the outcome meets or
exceeds your expectations.

As per outlined in Quotation QT-24179, the painting service included has been completed as below;

a) Ceiling : 2 coats of Maxitex

b) Interior wall : 1 coat of sealer (EcoSeal 05i), 2 coats of finishing (Nanolite 8 in 1)

To facilitate the handover process, we have conducted a comprehensive inspection and all painting
task has been fulfilled to customer satisfaction.

From surface preparation to final coat, all the painting task including touch up has also been
addressed promptly.

Customer has also been acknowledged for the proper care and maintenance of the painted surfaces
to ensure longevity and durability.
