SUBJECT : GUIDELINES ON THE SUBMISSION OF THE ANNUAL

INVESTMENT PROGRAM (AIP) WITH CLIMATE CHANGE
EXPENDITURE TAGGING (CCET)

This has reference to the herein attached Advisory dtd. May 8, 2024 issued by Usec.
Marlo L. Iringan regarding the abovementioned subject matter.

In view thereof, all Local Government Units (LGUs) are hereby directed to submit the
following to the Climate Change Commission (CCC), through the Local Climate Change
Expenditure Tagging (CCET) Helpdesk, via email at lguhelpdesk@climate.gov.ph, copy
furnish lguhelpdesk.ccet@gmail.com:

1. Electronic Copy of AIPs with CCET; and

2. Quality Assurance Review (QAR) form

LGUs shall ensure the submission of AIP Form and QAR Form in BOTH Excel
(.xls/.xlsx) and duly signed PDF (.pdf) formats. As an additional reference, LGUs are
encouraged to submit their AIP Climate Budget Brief and AIP in CCET Analysis Tool
upon submission.

Below is the prescribed deadline of submission of the LCCET documents to the CCET
Helpdesk, to wit:

AIP Fiscal Year Deadline

2023 10 May 2024
2024 31 October 2024

Relative thereto, all DILG Provincial/City Offices and the City Local Government
Operations Office of Ormoc are hereby directed to cause the widest dissemination of this
Advisory.
