MINUTES OF THE MEETING

Agenda:

LPMC Field Inspection Reports of Sub-projects

(1) Construction of Solid Waste Facility (Barangay Balud)

(2) Construction of Food Processing Center (Barangay Zone 1)
(3) Establishment of San Roque Bamboo Park (Barangay Zone 5)

Present:

LPMC SP Inspectorate Team and Other Stakeholders

Preliminaries:

The Local Project Monitoring Committee convened at around 4:30 in the afternoon for the post-
inspection report of the three sub-projects visited after the LPMC regular meeting. Again, Porferio C.
Baluyot Jr., LPMC Chairman, acknowledged and thanked the inspectorate team for the said activity.

Meeting Proper:

The LPMC Chairman, Mr. Porferio C. Baluyot Jr., then presented to the committee the post-
inspection report of the three Sub-projects, to wit:

After the presentation of the Sub-project Post Inspection Report and Findings, LPMC Chairman,
Porferio C. Baluyot Jr., then asked the inspectorate team and other LPMC members for a comment or
suggestions in the the conduct of the inspection activity. Apparently, there was no comments or
suggestions made by the LPMC members and this prompted the LPMC Chairman to make a
recommendation to the LPMC secretariat to include the results of the inspection in the final reports for
submission to the RPMES.

Other Matters:

There were no other matters presented during the meeting.

ADJOURNMENT

After all matters were discussed thoroughly during the Sub-project post-inspection meeting and
noted by the LPMC Secretariat, Engr. Dionisio V. Beronilla Jr., and there no being other concerns, LPMC
member Sheila S. Lagrimas, MCR, moved for the adjournment of the LPMC SP Post-Inspection Meeting
and it was duly seconded by the majority of the LPMC members. Immediately after, LPMC Chairman
Porferio C. Baluyot Jr., adjourned the meeting at 5:15 PM.
