Subject: Complaint letter regarding issue of item.
Dear Bilal,
My name is Awais. I am writing to complain about a recent purchase I made at your store and
to ask for a refund.
On 16 April 2024.I bought a blue woolen sweater at your store located at DHA phase-11. I was
excited about my purchase because it seemed to be of high quality and was exactly what I was
looking for.
However, when I got home and looked at it more closely, I found a big problem. There is a
noticeable tear in the left sleeve, and some of the stitching around the hem is coming loose. I
didn’t noticed it when I bought it, and it makes the item unusable.
Because of this defect, I am asking for a quick resolution. I would like a full refund or an
exchange it. I have attached a copy of my receipt as proof of purchase.
