TERMS & CONDITIONS:
 These packages are valid for a group of 10 members and above.

 This Quotation is valid only for 7 days from the day the Quotation has been shared, unless we receive the advance payment or
Purchase Order.
 For the safety of our guests, Height and Weight restrictions are applicable for certain rides. The details are as mentioned in the below
table.
 Guests under the influence of alcohol or illegal substance are not allowed into the park. In case of any doubts, our instructors are
authorised to use breathalyzer to assess the same.
 Outside Food & Beverages are strictly not allowed.
 Pets are not allowed.
 No hazardous materials/ weapons/ ammunition are not allowed.
 Drivers and helpers will be charged the same as price decided in the package above unless and until intimated in advance OR food
coupons will be provided with a separate charge.
 The Guest Company or Coordinator is responsible for the behavior of its delegates, should a delegate cause damage or disturbance to
the Park property or any another guest, then the guest’s company will be liable for damages & compensation. The Park reserves the
right to refuse service, cancel an event or remove any guest without any liability under such circumstances.
 Park is ready to accept 10% increase on the minimum guarantee, if the no. Of pax exceeds 10%, the price for the additional guest will
be charged 10% extra on the contract price.
 The Park will try to accommodate the event at a different venue if there is a condition of rain and thunderstorms. However, the same is
not the liability of the Park until and unless confirmed in writing and are subject to availability.
 FlipSide will not take the liability of any theft, damage or loss of any goods, equipment brought by the guest into the Park.
 Only the conversations which are documented between the guest and our team are valid.
 Any offers on the day of event will not be applicable along with the confirmed package.
 In case of any breakage and damage incurred to the infrastructure or any other equipment of the Park during the event by the host, host
guests, its event manager team or its suppliers, such damages will be charged to the guest/host and amount is to be paid in full before
the closure of the event. The amount chargeable is at the discretion of the management as per the cost involved in the infrastructure.
ADDITIONAL FACILITIES:
 Conference hall, AV Systems, DJ, Liquor License, Music Licenses can be availed on additional cost and are subject to availability.
 Liquor License shall be procured only upon prior confirmation of four working days along with a purchase order or advance payment.
 Smoking is not allowed in the banquet and public areas.
 Due to high wear and tear of the activities, weather and for the reason whatsoever, the park management shall not be held responsible
for non-availability or downtime of any of the rides.
 Avoid loose ornaments and spectacles, Loose footwear. Participants must wear suitable clothing for outdoor activities. Sarees, Lungis,
Skirts are strictly prohibited. Sports attire is mostly preferable
 Strictly follow the instructions of park staff for your safety. The park is not responsible for any mishaps due to non-adherence of any of
the safety instructions.
 Waiting time varies from 5 minutes to 45 minutes depending on the crowd. Please wait for your turn.
 We do not recommend adventure activities to guests who are physically not fit, pregnant or suffering from neck or back pain, heart
ailments, BP and vertigo, etc.
 These rules and regulations are subject to change any time without notice.
 Activities & Spaces cannot be reserved exclusively, and the same are to be availed on a first come first serve basis.
PAYMENTS:
 Advance payment of 50% of the estimated event cost must be paid or a purchase order to be raised to confirm the event. Any other
charges incurred during the outing/ event must be settled based on the actuals at the time of final bill payment.
 Mode of payments available - All Credit & Debit Cards/Cash. Amex cards are accepted. UPI Payments/ GPay/ PayTM/ PayU are also
available.
 Bill to company will be accepted upon receipt of the prior Purchase order from the company. Extras would be collected directly from the
individual unless otherwise stated in the purchase order. Payment needs to be released within 15 days from the date of the event or 2%
interest will be charged after the due date accordingly.
 All statutory taxes & service charges are inclusive if they are not mentioned explicitly.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
A 'cancellation' is wherein the entire event is cancelled or the dates of the event are changed after receiving the confirmation.
