Service Delivery Management:

 Develop and implement strategies to enhance service delivery processes and


procedures. Monitor service performance metrics, identify areas for
improvement, and implement corrective actions. Collaborate with internal
teams and external vendors to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met
or exceeded. Lead service improvement initiatives to optimize service delivery
efficiency and effectiveness.
Application Management:
 Manage the lifecycle of applications from planning and development to
deployment and maintenance. Ensure applications are properly configured,
maintained, and updated to meet business requirements and security
standards. Implement best practices for application monitoring, performance
tuning, and disaster recovery.
Team Leadership:
 Provide leadership and direction to the service delivery, application
management teams, including Local IT team members in various locations.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Coach and
mentor team members to develop their skills and capabilities. Conduct
performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
Stakeholder Communication:
 Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding service delivery
and application management matters. Communicate effectively with senior
management to provide updates on service performance, project status, and
strategic initiatives. Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather requirements,
address issues, and drive decision-making.
