1. How do you plan to achieve your ideal BMI?

a. Reduce my unnecessary intake of junk foods like chocolates


and high calorie low protein foods and limit it. I don’t think it’s
going to be hard for me since my DBW is 72 and I’m currently
73 and working out at least thrice a week.

2. Compute for your DBW? Are you affected by your actual weight
now?
a. From my 160lbs to my DBW 140lbs for my height, there is a
significant difference and I think it's because I have gain too
much weight for the past 5 months and wasn’t able to back it
up with some exercise.

3. Have you tried dieting before?


a. No

4. Share your thoughts on weight management.


a. I think it’s about reaching the desirable weight for someone in
order to stay healthy and keep bodily functions at its best
condition.
