Subject – Request to issue School leaving certificate
Respected Ma’am,
I am writing to formally request a School Leaving Certificate for my ward, Priyamvada, who is currently
enrolled in IV red class at your esteemed institution.
It is with a heavy heart that I make this request, but unfortunately, I find it necessary due to
ongoing issues that my ward has been facing at the school. I have addressed these concerns
with the staff over the past year, and while assurances were made regarding
the resolution of these issues starting from the 2024-2025 session, regrettably, no tangible
actions have been taken by the school to rectify the situation.
Despite our efforts to find solutions, including suggesting a change in section for my ward,
all attempts have been denied, leaving us feeling helpless and deeply concerned for my
ward's well-being. As a parent, I cannot in good conscience continue to subject my ward to
such traumatic conditions that hinder their academic and emotional growth.
It is imperative for me to prioritize my ward's happiness and development, and therefore, I
kindly request the issuance of the School Leaving Certificate at the earliest convenience. I
trust that you understand the gravity of this situation and will expedite the process
accordingly.
I would like to express my gratitude for the education and opportunities provided by Swami
Sant Dass Public School, thus far.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I would appreciate your prompt action in
processing the School Leaving Certificate.
