REPORTING WRITING
Report is defined is communication from someone who has to inform to someone who wants to
use that information. Report describe the events or facts to someone who require it.
a) Ordinary report

On January 20, 2024, at approximately 8:15 AM, a two-vehicle collision occurred at the
intersection of Maple Avenue and 5th Street, Downtown City, DC. The incident involved a blue
sedan, driven by Ms. Komail, and a white pickup truck, operated by Mr. Bilal. According to
eyewitness accounts and initial assessments at the scene, the blue sedan was attempting a left turn
onto 5th Street when it collided with the white pickup truck, which was proceeding straight on
