WILL

This is the last will and testament of me, Mr. James Anderson, aged about 55 years, r/a No.
31, A, Road No.2, Jigani, Phase 1, Anekal Taluk, Bengaluru 562 106, and with AADHAAR
No. 9080 4698 3222.

Being of a sound and disposing state of mind, I hereby revoke all WILLS and
TESTAMENTARY dispositions made by me hereto before and declare this to be my last
WILL and TESTAMENT. I would like to appoint my sister Mrs. Margaret Thompson,
Benjamin Thompson r/a Flat No. 208, Prestige Abshot, 26/38, Sankey Rd, Abshot Layout,
Vasanth Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560051 to be the executor of this will.

I was born in the state of West Bengal, and am currently settled in Bengaluru, Karnataka; and
I am possessed of movable and immovable properties of which I have unfettered power of
disposition.

I am of Christian faith and I am a widower with 2 children namely my daughter Mrs. Sarah
Anderson, aged about 31 years and my son Mr. Daniel Anderson, aged about 29 years.
Notwithstanding the fact that all my children are settled in their lives and living happily, I
intend to bequeath the properties owned by me in the manner as specified in this WILL and
TESTAMENT in order to avoid any future mis-understandings, litigation, disputes and with
the intention to keep the existing cordial relationship continued for ever among the family
members.

I am anxious to make necessary arrangements in respect of the enjoyment of my properties

described in the schedule hereunder after my lifetime. Therefore, I am executing this last
WILL and TESTAMENT of mine, of my own free will and volition, without any coercion,
threat or undue influence from any person and with a sound disposing mind and declare as
follows

The properties mentioned below, both movable and immovable are my own property, over
which I have the unfettered power of disposition, to deal with and dispose of the same in any
manner which I deem fit. Accordingly, I hereby GIVE, LEAVE, DEVISE and
BEQUEATH absolutely and forever, all the properties, both movable and immovable, that
are in my name, as under:

House in Anekal, Bengaluru:

I am the sole and absolute owner of all that piece and parcel of property bearing No. 31, A,
Road No.2, Jigani, Phase 1, situated at Anekal Taluk, Bengaluru 562 106, more fully
described in Schedule A. This is my self-acquired property, the purchase of which is
recorded in Absolute Sale Deed dated 24/09/2014, registered at the Senior Sub-Registrar’s
Office, Anekal, Bangalore. It is my will and wish that my daughter Mrs. Sarah Anderson
shall receive all the rights to this property, to enjoy the property in the manner she deems fit.
However, in the case where Sarah pre-deceases me, I wish the house to be equally divided
between my grandchildren, Emma AND Liam, aged 4 years and 2 Years respectively,
daughter and son of my Mr. Daniel Anderson who will have equal rights to this property, to
enjoy the property in the manner they deem fit.

Bank Accounts and Deposits:

I have maintained bank accounts that I solely hold, in Bank of Baroda, Palace Orchards
Branch, Bengaluru, Karnataka. The details of these accounts are as follows:
a. Savings Account No. 7411010980 with Funds of about Rs. 84,79,990/-
b. Savings Account No. 7411090010 with Funds of about Rs. 13,00,000/-
The amounts in the above said accounts are my own property and I have every right to deal
with and dispose of the same in any manner which I deem fit, which I hereby do accordingly.
a. I would like to give, leave, devise, bequeath absolutely and forever, the entire amount
in all my accounts, including the amount in the bank to both my children Mrs. Sarah
Anderson and Mr. Daniel Anderson, and each of them are to get an equal share of the
total amount in all the accounts including future interests that will accrue. If either of
my children pre-decease me their share shall pass on to the respective children of the
surviving child/ Children equally.

Funeral Arrangements:

I direct that upon my death my funeral shall be held in a simple manner and for the same, I
am allocating Rs.4,79,990 in the Account No. 7411010980 in Palace Orchards Branch, and
all the funeral expenses shall be paid from the same. I express my desire to designate my
daughter Mrs. Sarah Anderson to oversee my funeral arrangements.

Movable Property:
I am the sole and absolute owner of a 1965 Shelby Cobra Purchased by me in the year 2001,
bearing the chassis No. CSX2287, and Registered Number Plate MYS 1965. I would like to
give, leave, devise, bequeath absolutely and forever, the vintage car to my dear friend Mr.
Robert Harris.

General Terms/ Residuary Clause:

If any portion of my will shall be held illegal, invalid or otherwise inoperative, it is my
intention that all of the other provisions hereof shall continue to be fully effective and
operative insofar as is possible and reasonable.

Any assets, movable or immovable, all the cash, securities, shares, debts and monies whether
at the Bank or elsewhere, not specified or listed in this WILL or acquired or found/declared
as mine or inherited by me or gifted to me or otherwise became mine after this WILL or after
my death shall be divided amongst my children equally, and go to them.

This WILL shall come into effect only after my life time. I shall have the power to cancel or
modify this WILL whenever I please. To this effect this WILL is executed by me out of my
free will on 9th day of February, 2024, at Bengaluru, Karnataka.

All that piece and parcel of the residential house property bearing address No. 31, A, Road
No.2, Jigani, Phase 1, situated at Anekal Taluk, Bengaluru 562 106, together with the
adjoining land, and all appurtenances whatsoever whether underneath or above the surface
and bounded as follows;

East by : Compound Wall, and thereafter Private Property

West by : Fence and thereafter Private Property
North by : Bellary Main Road
South by : Shangri-La Hotel Bengaluru
