Car has front center and rear roll cage, that is space frame. This 3 boxes joined with bold
withstand 150 kmh impact speed without permanent deformation. Key turned I can drive away.
Steering wheel has airbag, 560SEL steering wheel airbag. Passenger has airbag too somehow,
one whose volume matches the gap from seat head to dash.
Front and back sheet metal remanufactured from 3mm fiberglass. Side doors don’t need to be
remanufactured, we have round junctions in Europe, side impact is not likely. However I could
manufacture the metal of the doors, and sheet metal would be fiberglass panels. Bumpers I
remanufacture too, 3 sets front 3 sets rear.
3 sets of: front windshield, rear windshield, front lights and rear lights, front grille to be
purchased
Side windows I remanufacture 3 sets, from cast acrylic, plexiglass + acoustic and effraction
protection foils alternating and 100% UV IR foils on outside, 2 acoustics inside. Chrome trim I
remanufacture too. All of it, 3 sets.
Tail lights covers,, the red glass piece is 400 dollars
A pair of taillights with rubber seals, chrome trim and light bodies and covers is 4300 dollars,
13k three pairs. Otherwise. But I could remanufacture the chrome trim around the lights before it
breaks, and the light bodies too, and the rubber seal too, I just need the light covers, which would
be just 2.5k the three pair.
Front lights: they gonna have to be remanufactured completely, a set costs on ebay 10k second
hand and 22k new. The front light cover is the most complicated part, that is made the following
way: take the glass cover while it is still one piece, take of negatives of both sides, and cast the

companies that manufacture custom cast acrylic (also known as plexiglass) items, for recognition
of services of employees. They do it for me, or I do the same technology. 3k
Grille: one frame of the front grill is 1k, three frames 3k. rest can be remanufactured. Post that
holds the Mercedes star can be remanufactured too, the star can be milled out of stainless too. So
I only need 3 frames. 3k
Front and rear windshield prices don’t exist, nor the parts. Have to buy from broken 600’s. In
Dubai. As much as I can. OR: remanufactured from cast acrylic, race car windows are thin
acrylic too.
Too much headache. Spur is fraction of cost at 60k instead of 200k, and parts are available and
cheaper. Spur IV it is.
