A. Direct Method
1. Observation - The researcher sees the situation directly.
2. Interview - This can be classified as personal, telephone or online interview. It is done through direct
conversations with the interviewee.
B. Indirect Method
1. Questionnaire - This method uses a questionnaire.
2. Reading Statistical Publication - This method gathers data from legal documents imposed by laws such as
registered certificates.

A Stem and Leaf Display is a special table where each data value is split into a "stem" (the first digit or
digits) and a "leaf" (the last digit). Like in this example. Given the data gathered:
