Good morning/Good Afternoon fellow officers. My name is CDR.Chaidech
Chantarasena, representative of Naval Command and Staff College. Today, we
are very pleased to welcome CAPT.Pongkalin Kluabthong, lecturer from Naval
Operations Department. Before, we will listen to the lecturer, it is my great
honor to introduce a short brief of our guest.
His educational background.
- He finished Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree from Royal Thai Naval
Academy.
- He also graduated Master of Public Administration degree from Sukhothai
Thammathirat Open University.
In the area of military studies.
- He graduated from Naval Command and Staff College course in 2009 and
then completed Command and Staff Course in Singapore in the following year.
Regarding work experiences.
- Our lecturer, he has served at Royal Thai Navy in several positions, such as
Commanding Officer of HTMS.SUPHAIRIN in Patrol Squadron, Royal Thai Fleet,
Instructor in Faculty of Strategy, Division of Academic Affairs, Naval Education
Department,
Head of Policy Section in Naval Operations Department,
Head of Protocol Section and Head of Service Attaches Section in Naval
intelligence Department.
And... currently, he is working at Naval Operations Department as Deputy
Director of Operations Control Division, Office of Execution and Control of
Operations.
Today, he will give us overview of Naval Operations Department and Naval
Operations Command Center. Now, please join me in welcoming
