EX 1:

The pie charts depicts the average proportion of food utilized by the world in comparison with two
distinct nations, which are China and India in the year 2008.

Overall, it can be obviuosly that a large amount of processed food was consumed by the world’s
population compared to India and China. However, more in both these nations in a given period, nuts
and seeds are eaten by more in both these nations.

Looking at the pie chart , people prefer 41% processed food while nearly one-third consumption of
vegetables and fruits. Nuts and seeds consumption was least on account of 4%, above a quarter
consumption for animal foods.

Chinese and Indian people eat mostly processed food, 34% and 39% respectively—15% animal food
consumption in china while it is nearly twofold in India(27). Indian people prefer 23% vegetables and
fruits; however, in China, it’s 10% more consumption. For nuts and seeds type food, 11% consumption in
India was also lowest proportional, while 19% in China

EX 2:

The table depicts the proportions of expenditure of distinct categories in four different nations, namely
China, Thailand, Japan and Vietnam in the year 2008.

Overall, it can be obviously that the percentage of fast food and shoes with watches spent by Chinese
cilents took the lead whilst the reverse was true for Vietnam. Additionally, Vietnam ranked the highest
figure for leisure activities and education.

The figure for car consumption in China was the highest, at 28,91%, followed by that of Japan which was
about 10% lower, at 18,8%. Similarly, computers were the genre of category which the Chinese spent on
the second most, which was 16,23%, while that of Japan was threefold lower. However, China and Japan
were the two least countries spending the least money on books, just 2,21% and 1,98% respectively

In Thailand, the rate of fast food and drinks hold 16.36%, higher than that of Vietnam, at 15.77%.
Besides, at about 5.5%, Vietnam and Thailand stood at a similar percentage of shoes and watches.
Futhermore, there was a equal proportion of leisure activities and education at 3,2%.
