Respected Principal,

It is highly appreciated to trust the capability of my organizing skills. As

per your instructions, we decided the party to be held on Saturday in the
school. Saturday is a suitable day as it is a weekend and it would neither
disturb studies nor parents from their work
routines. The timings would be from 12 pm to 5
pm as there will be clouds and no forecast of
rain. As for the location is concerned it would
be held at school proving beneficial as students
are familiar with this place and it is easily
accessible. There is also strict security in school
and parents will not need to worry about their children.

There will be a complete arrangement of decorations on the Party Day. A

heart-warming welcome will be given by a spectacular Balloon design and
party poppers. A proper music setup will be arranged so the students
enjoy. To make the theme of the Party even more interesting, stalls such
as pizzas, burgers, ice-cream, Bar B Que and juices will be setup for
students. Support staff is requested to provide refreshments to the
students which may include Juices, Lemonade and Tea.

Students will be entertained

through different stalls for
different activities. The activities
may include archery, darts, mini
basketball and paintball
throwing challenge. There will be
huge castle trampoline for
 toddlers and the school administration is
requested to invite a magician to entertain kids. A
talent show has also been planned for kids from
KG to Level IV. For children who prefer indoor
games, there will be a setup of Chess, Scrabble, Ludo and Video Games.
School is requested to setup stalls for lunch of students and students will
be responsible for those stalls. Teachers are requested to participate in all
the activities and are requested to support in maintaining the discipline of
the students so they do not misbehave with anyone.

I hope our plan would be taken into consideration as all the concerns
have been taken care of.
