Subject: Request for official permission to use a room in Academic Building 2.

I hope this letter finds you well. On behalf of Project Altair, a recognized student team at Islamic
University of Technology, we would like to formally request permission to utilize a room within the
premises of Academic Building 2 for the purpose of conducting meetings.

I would like to bring to your attention that we have previously consulted with Dr. Rakibul Islam Sagor,
Professor, Department of EEE, who is the designated moderator of Project Altair. During our discussions,
Dr. Rakibul Islam Sagor granted us permission to use a room for our team’s purposes. Dr. Rakibul Islam
Sagor assured us that the usage of the room aligns with the objectives and values of both Project Altair
and the institution.

In light of this, we humbly request official approval from the appropriate authorities to formalize the
arrangement. We assure you that our usage of the provided room will adhere to all policies, regulations,
and guidelines set forth by the institution. We understand the responsibility that comes with using
institutional facilities and are committed to maintaining the cleanliness, order, and security of the
designated space.

The room will primarily be used to conduct general meetings amongst the team. Having access to a
room will greatly enhance our ability to host engaging and productive sessions which will positively
impact and ease the process of building and maintaining a rover.

We understand that formal procedures are essential for ensuring the efficient use of institutional
resources and maintaining a conducive environment for all members of the campus community. We
deeply appreciate your time and consideration in reviewing our request and eagerly await your
