AND WHEREAS the mortgagee at the request of the mortgagor has sanctioned
and granted credit facility to the Mortgagor against the mortgage ofthe said
property belonging to the Mortgagor to be secured by way of Equitable
Mortgage by deposit of title deeds and documents more particularly described
in the SECOND SCHEDULE
hereunder written to the property.
AND WHEREAS with intent to create a security of Equitable Mortgage by
deposit the title deed of the said property with the Mortgagee, the Mortgagor
has agreed to do upon having the repayment thereof with interest thereon in
the manner agreed to pay and between the parties hereto as also on several
terms and conditions mentioned on the loan documents executed by the
Mortgagor in favour of Mortgagee.
AND WHEREAS the Mortgagor have already deposited with the Mortgagee at
