Week 6– Foxglove
The foxglove is a beautiful flowering plant with tall, elegant spikes covered in bell-shaped
blossoms. They are beloved by hummingbirds and bumblebees, and come in a variety of
colors including purple, pink, white, and lavender .
Kit is prepared as always.
Kit Includes all the accessories and tools, the kit can make 3 bunches of Foxgloves( Vase not

Abbreviations & Explaination
ch: chain, draw up a loop from a st.
sl: Slip St
sc: single crochet, insert the hook and draw up a loop, pull through 2 loops
hdc: half double crochet, yarn over, insert the hook and draw up a loop, pull through 3 loops
together.
sl2tog: slip 2 st together, draw up a loop, pull through 2 sts together.

dc: double crochet, yarn over, insert the hook and draw up a loop, pull through 2 loops, pull
through 2 loops again.
Tsc: Tunisian single crochet, insert the hook and draw up a loop, leave the loop on the hook.
Thdc: Tunisian half double crochet, insert the hook and draw up a loop, 1chain , leave the
chain st loop on the hook
6-dc Cluster: Yarn over, insert hook in space, draw up a loop, draw through 2 loops. (2
loops left on hook) , yarn over, insert hook back into same space, draw up a loop, draw
through 2 loops. (3 loops left on hook) Repeat this 4times more (7 loops left on hook) , draw
through all 7 loops.
8-tr Cluster: Yarn over twice, insert hook in space, draw up a loop, draw through 2 loops,
draw through 2 loops again (2 loops left on hook) , yarn over twice, insert hook back into
same space, draw up a loop, draw through 2 loops twice. (3 loops left on hook) Repeat this
6times more (8loops left on hook) , draw through all 8 loops.

Large Flower Buds (Make 6pcs)
Solid Color version: Use #146 green yarn
Gradient Color version: make 3pcs by #146, make 3pcs by the light color
Magic ring, 3ch, 8-tr cluster stitches.
Small Flower (Make 12pcs)
Solid Color version: make 12pcs same color
Gradient Color version: make 6pcs by the medium color, make 6pcs by the Dark color
R1: 5sc in magic ring, 1sl to the 1st sc to join.
R2: 6ch, 1thdc on the 1st bump, 1tsc on each of next 4 bumps, 1tsc on the 1st sc st of R1,
sl2tog till there is one loop on the hook.
R3: 1ch, 1thdc on the 2nd bump, 1tsc on each of next 4 bumps, 1tsc on the 2nd sc of R1,
sl2tog till one loop left on the hook.
R4: 1ch, 1sc on the 2nd bump, 1thdc on the next bump, 1tsc on each of next 3 bumps, 1tsc

st connect to the magic ring, 1sl in the magic ring**, repeat from * to ** 4 more times.

Small Leaves
Use #146 yarn make 2.
Left side:
R1: 30ch, hang the wire, 1ch, 1sl on the 1st bump, 1sc on each of next 15 bumps.
R2: skip one st, 1sc on each of next 8sts, 1sl on each of next 3 sts, 1ch, turn.
R3: skip one st, 1sl, 1sc on each of next 10sts, 1sc on the side 2-loops, 1 ex-sc on the bump
with the 15th sc of R1, 1sc on each of next 4 bumps, turn.
R6: skip one st, 1sc on each of next 10 sts, 1sl on each of next 3 sts, 1ch, turn.
R9: skip one st, 1sl, (5sc,1ch, 1sc on the 5th sc st) *2, 1sc on each of next 3 sts, 1sc on the
side 2-loops, 1 ex-sc on the bump with the 4th sc of R7, 1ch, 1sc on the ex-sc st, 1sc on
