Thank you for your email of 20 March about the problem with the product price. As a
company we are aware of the problem in the method of payment for the purchase of a
computer, the problem was an error in the debit of the total price of the product for that
reason the price was raised by 10%.
In order to provide a quality service to our customers we have decided to update our
online payment system to avoid these problems.
Our goal as a company is to offer the best online service of all our customers and we want
to keep a good relationship with them therefore to apologize we have decided to provide
15% discount on any product you want to purchase.
