1. DECLARATION
I, Dorothy Feng Benedict (NRIC No.: 471218-10-7602) of No,2. Subang Heights West,
40150 Subang Jaya, Selangor, a Malaysia citizen of full age and capacity and being of
sound mind hereby declare this Will dated 10 January 2021 to be my Last Will and
Testament, and that I made this Will voluntarily without any duress or undue influence.

2. REVOCATION
I hereby revoke all former testamentary dispositions made by me and declare this to be
my last will.

3. APPOINTMENT OF EXECUTOR
I nominate my eldest daughter, Serena Ying Yue Benedict (NRIC No.: 890102-10-0984)
of No, 2. Jalan Monsun 8/6. Seksyen 8, 40000, Shah Alam, Selangor (hereinafter referred
to as “my Trustee”) to be the sole Executrix and Trustee of this Will. Suppose my eldest
daughter is unwilling and/or unable to act as my Trustee. In that case, I appoint Fiora Yu
Yan Benedict (NRIC No.: 910904-10-4138) of No 32, Jalan Pulau Angsa U10/2, Perdana
Heights, 40170 Shah Alam, Selangor to be the sole Executor and Trustee of this Will.

I direct that prior to distribution of my Estate, my Trustee shall be entitled to deal with my
Estate in her absolute discretion without being liable for loss except for any loss which
may arise through her neglect or willful default.

4. DISPOSITION OF ESTATE
4.1 MOVABLE PROPERTY
1. I leave all the monies and bank balances, including all my monies comprised in
BANK MUAMALAT MALAYSIA BERHAD (Account No: 1231 4564 7897), in
the SAVINGS ACCOUNT after the deduction of my funeral expenses, debts,
taxes, and charges, to be equally divided with my eldest daughter, Serena Ying
Yue Benedict (NRIC NO.:890102-10-0984) of No, 2. Jalan Monsun 8/6. Seksyen
8, 40000, Shah Alam, Selangor, and my youngest daughter Fiora Yu Yan Benedict
(NRIC NO.:910904-10-4138) at No 32, Jalan Pulau Angsa U10/2, Perdana
Heights, 40170 Shah Alam, Selangor.

2. I bequeathed my motorbike, a YAMAHA MT-09 with the registration number

COM3L 2022 to my beloved husband, Benedict Feng Cumberbatch (NRIC
No.:573003-08-1125) of No, 2. Jalan Monsun 8/6. Seksyen 8, 40000, Shah Alam,
Selangor.

3. I bequeathed my car, a PROTON X50 with the registration number JOR 1086 to
my eldest daughter, Serena Ying Yue Benedict (NRIC NO,:890102-10-0984) of
No, 2. Jalan Monsun 8/6. Seksyen 8, 40000, Shah Alam, Selangor.

4. I bequeath all my gold bars from EMAS PERTAMA 999.9/24K Pure Gold Bunga
Raya Gold Bar weighed 20g each to my youngest daughter, Fiora Yu Yan Benedict
(NRIC NO.:910904-10-4138) at No 32, Jalan Pulau Angsa U10/2, Perdana
Heights, 40170 Shah Alam, Selangor.

4.2 IMMOVABLE PROPERTY

1. I devise my property, one unit of double-storey terrace house bearing postal

address of No 3, Arabella D'Kayangan, Seksyen 13, 40100, Shah Alam, Selangor
held under individual title GRN 23567, Lot 1234, Bandar Shah Alam, with area
measuring approximately 2400 square feet to be divided equally between Serena
Ying Yue Benedict (NRIC No.: 890102-10-0984) of No 32, Jalan Pulau Angsa
U10/2, Perdana Heights, 40170 Shah Alam, Selangor and Fiora Yu Yan Benedict
(NRIC NO.:910904-10-4138) at No 32, Jalan Pulau Angsa U10/2, Perdana
Heights, 40170 Shah Alam, Selangor.

2. I devise my property, 3 storey semi-detached house known as No. 2, Jalan Monsun

8/6, Seksyen 8, 40000, Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia held under Individual Title
GRN 35240, Lot 168 Mukim Shah Alam, Daerah Petaling, Selangor with area
measuring approximately 8543 square meter to my beloved husband, Benedict
Feng Cumberbatch (NRIC No.:573003-08-1125).

3. I devise my property, one single-storey terrace house with a postal address of No

51, Seksyen 22, Taman Paramount, 46300, Petaling Jaya, Selangor held under
individual title GRN 25149, Lot 1465, Daerah Petaling. Selangor with an area
measuring approximately 1,300 square feet to be divided equally between Serena
Ying Yue Benedict (NRIC No.: 890102-10-0984) of No 32, Jalan Pulau Angsa

5. RESIDUAL ESTATE
All my residuary properties, monies and assets, movable and immovable and of any kind
and nature whatsoever and wherever situated (hereinafter referred to as "the residuary
estate"), which I own or to which I am entitled to either at law or in equity or over which I
have a power of appointment or disposition by will at the time of my death
notwithstanding that I may have acquired or become entitled to the same or any part
thereof subsequently to the date hereof which include but without limitation of the
generality of the foregoing in equal shares to:
1) Benedict Feng Cumberbatch (NRIC No.:573003-08-1125) of No,2. Subang
Heights West, 40150 Subang Jaya, Selangor.

2) Serena Ying Yue Benedict (NRIC No.: 890102-10-0984) of No 32, Jalan Pulau
Angsa U10/2, Perdana Heights, 40170 Shah Alam, Selangor.

3) Fiora Yu Yan Benedict (NRIC NO.:910904-10-4138) at No 32, Jalan Pulau Angsa

U10/2, Perdana Heights, 40170 Shah Alam, Selangor.

6. RELEASE OF DEBT
I released Johnny Yong (NRIC: 890421-10-1257), my uncle, from the debt of
RM8,000.00 that he owes me.

7. GIFT TO CHARITY
I give RM 10,000.00 to the National Heart Institute of Malaysia address at No. 145, Jln
Tun Razak, 50400 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur, a
government-owned private hospital that provides the best possible care and support for
those affected by heart-related illness by creating an understanding of heart problems that
leads to prevention and early detection.
